Our Attorneys

  • Ryan Brown

Ryan Brown takes pride in making a living in the service of others. Criminal defense provides many challenges and sometimes we have to make tough decisions. Ryan is not afraid to step on toes when it comes to defending his clients. One witness for an opposing party once called Ryan “inhumane and indecent.” While those words are not kind they are indicative of Ryan’s dedication to defending his clients. When a prosecutor brings charges against you, they have picked a legal fight. You must defend yourself. Prosecutors have law enforcement, office investigators, support staff, and the power of the entire State of Georgia on their side. It is critically important that you DO NOT FIGHT ALONE. Ryan is dedicated to his work, dedicated to his clients, and dedicated to defending the accused. He is not afraid of a long day’s work and doing whatever it takes to make sure that your case is investigated thoroughly. Ryan’s promise to you is that he will listen, he will learn the details of your case, and he will prepare a customized defense for your case.

  • Hunter Rodgers

Hunter Rodgers is what happens when the little nerdy kid in school grows up to be a giant who devotes his life to fighting bullies. To him, there is no bigger bully than the government, and no greater calling than standing between the bully and the individual. A second-generation criminal defense lawyer, Hunter quite literally grew up in the courthouses of his native Cobb County. He met Ryan while in law school at Georgia State University, where they won a national tournament in mock trial together. After law school, Hunter spent four years in the Paulding County Public Defender’s Office, where he handled everything from traffic tickets to gang murders. While in the PD’s office, Hunter tried felonies and misdemeanors, as well as pursuing appeals for clients to both the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals, and is responsible for changing the law of Georgia in both courts. In 2020, Hunter was published in The Seattle Journal for Social Justice, a law review focusing on civil liberties. In his free time, Hunter is an avid reader and history lover. Since 2020, he has also served as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, teaching second-year law students trial skills every Spring.
